N I V A Y A is a thoughtfully considered concept — a dual occupancy, private oasis that embraces Scandinavian coastal minimalism through a palette of soft white and grey concrete, clean architectural lines and a calm, tonal aesthetic.

This new dual occupancy development is designed in collaboration with the visionary team at House Studio HQ.

Spanning across two levels, N I V A Y A balances strength and serenity with a refined mix of texture, light and space.

Key features include a sculptural sweeping staircase, floor-to-ceiling glazing, multiple living zones and resort-style entertaining space - complete with in-ground pools, all curated to elevate everyday living.

This is a home where every detail has been designed with purpose and all within a stones throw from Woonona Beach.

Building and construction has commenced by Walkerbuild. Project completion is estimated early 2027.
